Title: Production Manager - Nutri-Shield NSG, LLC

Location: Courtland, Kansas

Pay: Negotiable, Paid Weekly

Work Schedule: Full-time

Responsibilities/Description

​

• Read and follow Operating Procedures and Food Safety Policies

• Keep Food Safety a Priority during all tasks

• Shipping and receiving of finished goods and raw materials

• Tracking and completion of production, cleaning and maintenance logs

• Production of food grade preservatives

• Office duties to include but not limited to: customer service, production scheduling, updating and maintaining food safety program

Physical Demands:

​

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Ability to lift 50 pounds at a time

• Ability to climb ladders and platforms

​

Qualifications

​

• Great communication skills required

• Food and/or baking industry experience preferred

• PCQI and/or HACCP certifications preferred

• SQF experience beneficial

• Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, Smartsheet, and other software applications experience beneficial  

• Maintenance/Mechanical skills beneficial

• Forklift experience beneficial- able to train on-site
